Responding to the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" launched by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Vietnam National Payment Joint Stock Company (NAPAS) in coordination with the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development has implemented the program "Touching Vietnam - Receiving Pride", aiming to promote consumption of Vietnamese goods through electronic shopping and payment activities with many attractive incentives.
The program takes place from October 2025 to April 2026, with a focus on encouraging consumers to use the payment method via VietQR code - a convenient, fast and safe digital payment solution developed by NAPAS.
On October 24, 2025, the first activities in the program "Touching Vietnam, Receiving Pride" were officially launched.
VIETQRPay Comprehensive digital payment solution
At the Cooperation Ceremony to deploy VIETQRPay payment service and honor Vietnamese products at the Central Retail Vietnam system held on the morning of October 24, Central Retail Vietnam Group (CRV) and NAPAS signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation on deploying VIETQRPay payment service on the entire GO! supermarket system, Tops Market supermarket and supermarket! under CRV Group. Through this cooperation, customers can simplify payment by scanning the VietQR code on the mobile banking application of banks or e-wallets.
On CRV's side, VIETQRPay payment service will also support the unit from the stage of immediate revenue management, transparency of goods - services information, to supporting effective financial management and controlling, thereby improving operational efficiency and ensuring the rights of the parties during the transaction process.
Also at the event, CRV introduced a preferential sales program for specialties and high-quality Vietnamese products in October at the CRV supermarket system.
NAPAS promotes digital payments during Vietnam Agricultural Products Week 2025
On October 24, 2025, the Domestic Market Management and Development Department (Ministry of Industry and Trade) held the Opening Ceremony of Vietnam Agricultural Products Week 2025, within the framework of the 5-year Summary Program of the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" for the period 2021-2025.
Within the framework of the Vietnam Agricultural Products Week 2025 program, NAPAS has coordinated with the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development - Ministry of Industry and Trade to launch a cashless payment program.
The program aims to encourage business households, traders, retailers... across the country to proactively apply and deploy electronic payment methods, bringing many conveniences to customers; at the same time, improving professionalism and efficiency in business operations, especially in the context of e-commerce taking the throne and strong digital transformation in the current economy.
