Hanoi - After Tet, when the spring atmosphere was still crowded, owners of Nhat Tan peach and kumquat gardens (Tay Ho) quickly started the new crop.

Bustling atmosphere in gardens after Tet

The tree is brought to the garden, pruning, and special care to restore the root and leaves, preparing for a new growth cycle.

Mr. Bui Van Thanh, a kumquat farmer in Nhat Tan (Tay Ho) shared: "Every year, we collect hundreds of kumquat trees from all over. The process of reviving trees is very difficult, but it also brings joy when seeing good trees return, preparing for next year's Tet season''.

"Cucumbers are not easy to take care of all year round. After Tet is the most important time to restore the trees, if not fertilized and pruning in time, the trees will be weak and unlikely to produce beautiful fruits next year," said Mr. Bui Van Nguyen - the owner of a kumquat garden in Nhat Tan.

According to Mr. Nguyen, these days, despite the rain and wind, workers still work continuously, working overtime every day to ensure the trees have enough nutrients and grow best.
