At this time, traditional markets have reopened with abundant sources of goods.
According to the reporter's records, at many traditional markets in Hanoi, green vegetables such as spinach, water spinach, mustard greens, broccoli, etc. are all in high demand, and vegetable prices have also increased slightly due to high demand.

Mr. Duong Van Toan - a trader at a traditional market (Ba Dinh, Hanoi) said that he opened his shop on the third day of Tet. Although the demand for vegetables this year is not as high as in previous years, the number of buyers has increased significantly compared to before Tet.
Ms. Dang Thi Nhot, a vendor at a traditional market in Cau Giay district (Hanoi), shared: "These days, green vegetables are very popular, sometimes I can't import new goods because they sell out too quickly. However, due to favorable weather and abundant supply, the prices of vegetables and fruits have fluctuated little."
Accordingly, green vegetables and flowers such as cauliflower and kohlrabi are priced at around 20,000 - 22,000 VND/kg; celery 40,000 VND/bunch; tomatoes 20,000 VND/kg; chrysanthemum greens and mustard greens 20,000 VND/kg; water spinach 18,000 VND/kg,... the selling price has increased by around 5 - 10% compared to normal days.
Many people said they prioritize buying green vegetables to balance their nutrition after days of eating a lot of greasy foods during Tet.
Ms. Hoang Thi Minh (Cau Giay, Hanoi) shared: "After Tet, I mainly eat green vegetables to make my body feel lighter. Boiled vegetables and vegetable soup are indispensable dishes in meals these days."
According to Ms. Minh, although demand has increased, vegetable prices at the markets remain stable. This helps her family easily buy fresh food without worrying about the price.
