Pursuant to Decree 45/2022 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions for environmental violations, the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province decided to impose a fine of VND 320 million for act 1; and VND 150 million for act 2. The total fine for the two acts is VND 470 million.
Additional penalty: Suspension of operation of waste sources without environmental license for 4.5 months.
Forced to take measures to remedy environmental pollution within 30 days from the date of receipt of this penalty decision.
The People's Committee of Ha Tinh province requires Nghi Xuan Professional Sports Garment Joint Stock Company to pay the fine within 10 days from the date of issuance of this decision.
