Nhat Thang VNT7 Joint Stock Company has a factory producing superfine white stone powder and enamel coating (located in Area C, Nam Cam Industrial Park, Nghi Loc District) and has committed 03 administrative violations.
Specifically, in 2023, this enterprise did not conduct monitoring of the working environment to control harmful effects on workers' health; did not organize occupational disease examinations for 9 workers working in an environment with hazardous factors; did not organize occupational safety and hygiene training for 32 workers as prescribed.
In 2024, Nhat Thang VNT7 Joint Stock Company has made many efforts to overcome the shortcomings. The company conducts labor environment monitoring to control health risks for employees and evaluate the working environment. At the same time, the company has actively cooperated with the authorities during the inspection process. During the handling process, the company has provided all necessary records and documents, promptly explained and clarified the shortcomings.
The company reorganized occupational safety training courses in June 2024 for previously untrained workers, and further disseminated and promoted occupational safety and hygiene contents.
With the above mitigating circumstances, the People's Committee of Nghe An province imposed an administrative fine of VND 87 million on Nhat Thang VNT7 Joint Stock Company. The People's Committee of Nghe An province requested the company to strictly comply with the fine payment and correct the violations.
