This result affirms the correct direction of the business when placing the human factor and the integrated working environment as the foundation for the long term.

Measuring the reputation of the recruitment brand

Best Workplace in Vietnam is a prestigious annual award organized by Anphabe - a pioneering consulting unit on Employer Branding and Happy Working Environment solutions, under the sponsorship of the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).

In 2025, the ranking will be published based on the results of a wide-ranging survey with the participation of more than 73,000 experienced workers and a strict assessment of nearly 700 leading enterprises. This is considered an independent and objective measure, accurately reflecting the attractiveness of employer brands, corporate culture as well as employee satisfaction through practical experience.

SABECO's solid progress in the 2025 rankings

This year is the third consecutive year that SABECO has won this award and the company has had a breakthrough in terms of ranking. Specifically, in the general ranking, SABECO has risen to 34th place, up 6 places compared to 2024. In the Light Consumer Goods Industry - Large Enterprise sector, businesses also recorded growth when they reached 14th place, up 1 place compared to last year.

This result reflects SABECO's continuous efforts in continuously improving and enhancing the employee experience as well as increasing the level of team cohesion. A safe, mutually respectful and friendly working environment is actively built by the enterprise to arouse pride and dedication in each employee.
