On July 14, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee held a meeting to listen to a report on a number of contents, including the investment policy for major projects.
These include the Coastal Road Project Northwest of Cua Luc Bay, connecting from Trai 2 Bridge over Tinh Yeu Bridge ( north of Cua Luc Bay) and connecting to National Highway 279 and the Sea bag project extending from Tran Quoc Nghien Street through Binh Minh Bridge ( north of Cua Luc Bay) to Bang Bridge.
The total investment of the two projects is expected to be nearly VND 5,500 billion.
Agreeing with the opinions at the conference, Mr. Vu Dai Thang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Ninh province - emphasized that these are two transport projects of great significance to the completion of urban infrastructure, creating motivation to attract investment to develop new urban areas, develop tourism services in the northern area of Cua Luc Bay; reasonably exploit the potential and advantages of land, promote socio-economic development.
Based on the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee assigned the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee to continue completing investment preparation procedures to be able to start construction as soon as possible.
Along with that, continue to study projects to synchronously connect traffic in the area around Cua Luc Bay, thereby preparing the necessary conditions to promote the disbursement of public investment capital in 2026 as well as the 2026 - 2030 period.
