After many practical and effective activities, the Tay Ninh delegation led by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Thanh concluded the investment promotion trip in Japan with many positive results, opening up new cooperation prospects between Tay Ninh and Japanese partners.
During the working trip, the delegation visited and greeted the Vietnamese Embassy in Japan. At the meeting, Ambassador Pham Quang Hieu highly appreciated the spirit of openness and proactiveness of Tay Ninh - the first locality to visit Japan to promote investment after the reorganization of administrative units. The Ambassador affirmed that the Embassy will continue to support Tay Ninh in connecting businesses, promoting potential, and promoting substantive cooperation with Japanese organizations, localities and businesses.
Speaking at the meeting, the leaders of Tay Ninh province introduced the development situation after the merger, with a vision to build Tay Ninh into a new industrial - logistics center of the Southern region. With a strategic location, abundant clean land fund, flexible investment attraction policies and completed transport infrastructure, Tay Ninh is an attractive destination for international investors, especially Japan.

Also during the working trip, the delegation had a working session with Molymer Group - a leading enterprise in Japan in the field of technical materials and composite. At the meeting, the two sides discussed the possibility of cooperation and investment expansion in Tay Ninh, especially in Phuoc Dong Industrial Park developed by Saigon VRG Investment Joint Stock Company.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Thanh affirmed that Tay Ninh province is committed to creating the most favorable conditions for Japanese enterprises to research and implement projects in the locality effectively and sustainably.
To date, Tay Ninh has attracted more than 1,900 FDI projects from 40 countries and territories, with a total investment capital of over 24 billion USD. Japan is currently an important partner of the province, ranked fourth in total FDI capital with 173 projects, total registered capital of more than 1.2 billion USD.
On August 9, the Tay Ninh delegation will return home, successfully concluding the investment and cooperation promotion trip in Japan.
