The Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of Ninh Binh province is an agency under the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province, performing the function of direct State management of economic zones and industrial parks in Ninh Binh province; managing and organizing the implementation of the function of providing public administrative services and other support services related to investment, production and business activities for enterprises in economic zones and industrial parks according to the provisions of law.
The Management Board has legal status, an account, a stamp with the shape of a National emblem; State administrative management funds, the Management Board's career operations funds and development investment capital provided by the State budget according to the plan and other funding sources according to the regulations of competent State agencies.
