To continue to maintain its pioneering role and make a successful breakthrough in the 2025 - 2030 term, Minister and Head of the Government Office Tran Van Son proposed 3 key strategic orientations.
First, strengthen Party building work. In all circumstances, whether favorable or difficult, building a clean and strong Party organization is always a decisive factor for sustainable success.
We must continue to strongly innovate the content and leadership methods of the Party organization, closely linking the leadership role and corporate governance.
Improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of affiliated party organizations and party members throughout the Corporation.
Closely link Party building work with the formation of HUD cultural identity - based on the foundation: discipline, creativity, transparency and efficiency.
Second, innovate the governance model, improve efficiency and competitiveness. In the context of the world and regional economy continuing to have unpredictable fluctuations, the need to innovate business models and enhance internal capacity is an urgent task.
Resolutely implement Resolution 57 NQ/TW of the Central Committee. Special attention is paid to human resource development, focusing on training a team of visionary and capable leaders.
Arrange and streamline the apparatus, improve the operational efficiency of the Corporation. Promote the role of state-owned enterprises with the main task of implementing social housing and low-income housing projects.
Finally, focus on leadership in resolutely and effectively implementing political tasks.
Improve the quality and efficiency of market analysis and forecasting; build a suitable business strategy of HUD, proactively respond promptly to the changing business environment.
Speaking at the Congress, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Viet Hung said that the achievements that HUD Corporation has achieved in the past 5 years are not just numbers, but internal value, a truly valuable resource for continued development.
During the 2025-2030 term, the Deputy Minister of Construction suggested that HUD Corporation focus on implementing a number of key areas well.
Including maintaining the strategic orientation of being the key state-owned enterprise in urban and social housing development.
HUD must play a pioneering role in implementing major programs such as the Social Housing Project. This is not only a political task, but also an opportunity to affirm the brand and social responsibility - the Deputy Minister of Construction stated.
Continue to arrange the apparatus reasonably, streamline, and improve staff capacity. Each cadre must be well-trained, have practical capacity, be motivated to contribute and stay long-term.
