Domestic business recovers, international business grows steadily
The domestic business segment recorded net revenue of VND13,614 billion, up VND82 billion over the same period. These results come from the effectiveness of distribution, marketing and digital transformation activities. In addition, the growth momentum also comes from consumer confidence in reputable dairy products that is increasing.

Meanwhile, foreign net revenue reached VND 3,111 billion, unchanged over the same period.
Accumulated in the first 6 months of 2025, total consolidated revenue reached VND 29,710 billion, completing 46.1% of the annual plan; with domestic and foreign net revenue reaching VND 23,624 billion and VND 6,035 billion, respectively.
According to Ms. Mai Kieu Lien - General Director of Vinamilk: Although the second quarter of 2025 witnessed many domestic and foreign macro fluctuations, Vinamilk has demonstrated effective adaptation when restoring domestic business growth while maintaining export growth, thereby bringing the total consolidated revenue to a new high. We expect to continue to grow in the remaining 6 months of 2025, aiming to complete the highest level of the business plan approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
Vinamilk's gross profit margin in Q2.2025 reached 42.0%, up 170 basis points (BCs) compared to the previous quarter thanks to improved sales scale. Accumulated in the first 6 months of 2025, this index reached 41.2%. Consolidated after-tax profit (AP) in Q2.2025 reached VND 2,489 billion and accumulated in the first 6 months of 2025 reached VND 4,076 billion, completing 42.1% of the annual plan and earning per share reached VND 1,720%.

Regarding exports, Vinamilk recorded record results in Q2.2025 with net revenue reaching VND 1,887 billion, up 8.5% over the same period and continuing to grow positively for the 8th consecutive quarter. In traditional markets, Vinamilk is gradually upgrading its product portfolio based on its strengths in the popular segment to enhance export value and brand. In high-end markets, Vinamilk recorded an optimistic signal with double-digit revenue growth, contributing positively to the overall increase. Notably, Vinamilk is a pioneering enterprise that has been licensed to export Phuong Nam Star branded star- owned milk products to the Chinese market, opening up growth space in Asia's largest consumer market.
In addition, the Company still devotes many resources to developing new markets through more than 40 B2B connection events and international fairs in the first 6 months of the year. These efforts help Vinamilk increase its total accumulated export market to 65. In the first 6 months of 2025, net export revenue reached VND 3,507 billion, up 15.5% over the same period.
Net revenue of foreign branches in the second quarter of 2025 reached VND1,223 billion and accumulated over the past 6 months reached VND2,528 billion.
Innovation in product creation, affirming international position
In the first 6 months of 2025, Vinamilk continues to promote research and development activities with more than 70 new and re-launched products. These products show remarkable progress in innovation of Vietnam's leading dairy enterprise. Products are developed to anticipate current consumer trends such as cow's milk, plant milk, immune enhancement, products that bring interesting experiences to young consumers, specialized nutritional products for the elderly, etc.

At the same time, a series of Vinamilk stores have also been "changed" according to the new brand identity, actively supporting product introduction activities and connecting directly to consumers.
According to the "Brand imprint 2025" report released by Kantar in June 2025, Vinamilk continues to be the milk brand most chosen for purchase for 13 consecutive years thanks to its comprehensive innovation strategy and way of connecting consumers, especially the younger generation. Brands such as Ong Tho, Phuong Nam Star, Probi and Susu are also in the top 10 milk brands most chosen by consumers, Vinamilk Green Farm brand is considered the outstanding brand of the year.
Vinamilk continues to be the only Vietnamese dairy enterprise to enter the Fortune 500 Southeast Asia 2025 ranking for the second consecutive year, just announced by the leading US economic magazine - Fortune - in mid-June.
On the international stage, Vinamilk was recently the only representative of Vietnam invited to give a speech at the 18th Global Dairy Congress 2025 in the Netherlands. The company made a great impression, proving that Vietnamese milk is on par with the world in the application of science and technology in innovation, creativity and won two main categories of the 2025 World Dairy Innovation Awards: Best Yogurt (with Vinamilk Green Farm product high-protein Greek yogurt) and Best packaging design (with Vinamilk Vegetable Yogurt product).

As the only and first speaker representing Vietnam at the 2025 Growth Asia Summit, Vinamilk presented a paper on the breakthrough of 6 HMOs - the milk formula that sets international nutritional standards for baby powder milk.
The results achieved affirm the strategy of "investing in science and technology to maximize the natural nutritional values of milk" from the Vietnamese milk brand with the 6th most valuable value globally.
The company still maintains its 2025 plan with total revenue of VND 64,506 billion (up 4.3% compared to 2024) and profit after tax of VND 9,680 billion (up 2.4% compared to 2024).
