According to Ninh Hoa Traffic Police Station, both incidents occurred at Km1285+127, where an automatic warning system is installed.
The first case occurred at 3:40 PM on June 28, 2026. The car with license plate 79A-539. xx driven by Mr. D. C. D (residing in Bac Ninh Hoa commune) crossed the level crossing when the red light was turned on.
Working with functional forces, the driver admitted to hearing the warning bell and seeing the traffic lights on, but because the barrier had not lowered, he still drove the car through.
Just 9 minutes later, at 3:49 pm on the same day, a car with license plate 79A-299. xx driven by Mr. V.Q. T (resident of Nam Ninh Hoa commune) also crossed the stop line about 4-5 seconds after the warning bell started to ring, while the automatic barrier had not yet lowered.

At the meeting, both drivers admitted their violations and were aware of the danger of crossing the level crossing when the warning system was activated.
