During the period from July 1 - July 7, 2026, through the camera system, functional forces detected 58 traffic violations and were fined remotely.
According to the announcement of Cao Bang Provincial Police, the main violations are driving cars, motorbikes, and electric motorbikes exceeding the prescribed speed and running red lights.
Violations were recorded at Km2+980 Vo Nguyen Giap road and the Hoang Dinh Giong - Be Van Dan intersection area...
Among the total of 58 violations, there were 53 turns of motorbikes, electric motorbikes and cars with license plates from Cao Bang, Thai Nguyen, Bac Giang.

Notably, statistics from the list show that non-compliance with traffic light signals (overtaking red lights) accounts for the majority with 55/58 cases (including 53 motorbikes, 2 cars).
In which, the Hoang Dinh Giong - Be Van Dan intersection, Thuc Phan ward (Cao Bang province) is the point recording the most violations with 52 cases of running red lights.
In addition, Km 272, National Highway 3 recorded 3 more cases of not complying with traffic light signals.
In addition to running red lights, the camera system also detected 3 cases of speeding at Km 2+980, Vo Nguyen Giap road. Among these, there were 2 cases of speeding from 5km/h to under 10km/h and 1 case of speeding from 10km/h to 20km/h.
Cao Bang Provincial Police requested individuals involved to come to the Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police in Group 5, Thuc Phan ward (Old Song Hien), Cao Bang province to resolve according to regulations.
In case of non-compliance, functional forces will coordinate with local authorities at the place of residence, study, work or headquarters of the vehicle owner to handle it.
Within 20 days, violation information will be posted on the website of the Traffic Police Department, and at the same time update the warning status to the registration agency for vehicles subject to inspection.
Cao Bang Provincial Police also requested agencies and units to continue to propagate and raise awareness of traffic law compliance for officials, civil servants, public employees, laborers and people in the area.
