After receiving feedback on traffic violations through the VNeTraffic application and implementing the direction of the Traffic Police Department (CSGT), the Traffic Police Department of Ninh Binh Provincial Police directed Road Traffic Police Team No. 4 to urgently verify and clarify the case of a car overtaking a vehicle improperly.
On May 31, the police agency invited Mr. N.Q. C (born in 1993, residing in Nam Dinh ward, Ninh Binh province), the driver of the car with license plate 18A-013. XX, to work.
Through verification, Mr. C admitted that at about 3:35 pm on May 25, while driving a car with license plate 18A-013. XX on National Highway 21B, Tan Phong bridge area, Vi Khe ward, Ninh Binh province, he performed the act of overtaking in cases where overtaking is not allowed.
Based on the verification results, Road Traffic Police Team No. 4, Ninh Binh Provincial Police Department, made a record of administrative violation against Mr. N.Q. C for the act of overtaking in cases where overtaking is not allowed.
This violation is fined from 4 million to 6 million VND and will be deducted 2 points from the driver's license.
