Initial information is that at about 11 pm last night (April 11), in the area of Binh Hoa commune, former Giao Thuy district (now Giao Thuy commune, new Ninh Binh province), people discovered a burnt car.
According to local people, at the time of the fire, 2 people in the car were rescued in time. Fortunately, there were no casualties, however, some roadside trees were affected," said the leader of Giao Thuy Commune People's Committee.
Immediately after receiving information about the incident, functional forces were present at the scene to investigate and clarify the cause of the incident.
