Here are some ways to use pumpkin seeds to naturally brighten your skin, shared by dermatologist - Dr. DM Mahajan (India).

1. Pumpkin seed and honey mask

Mix 2 tablespoons of ground pumpkin seeds with 1 tablespoon of honey into a paste.

Apply evenly on face and leave for 15 to 20 minutes.

Rinse with warm water.

2. Exfoliate with pumpkin seeds and yogurt

Mix 1 tablespoon ground pumpkin seeds with 2 tablespoons yogurt.

Gently massage the mixture onto your face in circular motions for 2 to 3 minutes.

Rinse with warm water.

3. Pumpkin seed and turmeric mask

Mix 1 tablespoon ground pumpkin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder and 1 tablespoon yogurt together into a paste.

Apply evenly on face and leave for 15 to 20 minutes.

Rinse with warm water.

4. Facial massage with pumpkin seed oil

Warm 1 teaspoon of pumpkin seed oil by rubbing gently between your fingers.

Gently massage into face and neck in upward circular motions.

Rinse after 20 minutes.

5. Pumpkin seed and oatmeal mask

Mix 1 tablespoon ground pumpkin seeds, 1 tablespoon ground oats and 1 tablespoon yogurt into a paste.

Apply evenly on face and leave for 15 to 20 minutes.

Rinse with warm water.
