Ms. Nguyen Thi Dung is one of 10 honored faces to receive the first "Enthusiastic, Creative, Responsible" Award from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. In particular, Ms. Dung's initiative to improve labor productivity helps the company save more than 1.3 million USD (equivalent to 30.9 billion VND). Another initiative of her on improving smart delivery methods brings an efficiency of 2.6 billion VND per year.
In addition, solutions to improve training areas contribute to improving workers' skills, while saving training costs by about 1.1 billion VND per year.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Dung's initiatives not only bring economic benefits but also create positive changes in the working environment, from improving productivity, reducing errors, reducing costs, improving working conditions for workers to building a safe, scientific and professional working culture. This environment has added enthusiasm for union members and workers to actively participate in emulation and creativity movements.
The creative enthusiasm of union members and workers here is also multiplied by the guidance and training of Ms. Dung. As an internal lecturer at the factory from 2012 to present, each year, she directly trains 500 - 1,000 new workers.
She also imparted soft skills and management skills to team leaders and deputy team leaders. With her closeness and sincerity, she always helps students absorb easily, arousing a passion for learning and a spirit of cooperation in work.
After more than 20 years of working at the company, every idea and action of Ms. Dung follows a simple philosophy. That is to always seek balance, constantly learn and develop yourself. Live and work with gratitude and positivity; always improve relationships at work and in life. That philosophy helps Ms. Dung not only succeed in her work but also be the secret for her and her husband to build a happy family and have good children's education. Her family has been recognized as "Outstanding Family" by the Hanoi Industrial and Export Processing Zone Trade Union for many consecutive years.

Therefore, from the hardships and difficulties of workers, Ms. Dung proposed and recommended to the leaders of the Party and State, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to continue to pay more attention to the material and spiritual life and working conditions of workers in industrial parks and export processing zones, especially the issue of housing and nurseries for workers' children, so that workers can settle down and continue to have many initiatives and creativity recognized, replicated, and contributed to the development of businesses and the country.
