Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 46, Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government; Clause 2, Article 5, Circular No. 04/2024/TT-BCA dated January 22, 2024 of the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Public Security organizes to collect public opinions on the proposal for State-level rewards for collectives and individuals of the Public Security of units and localities.
According to the Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal, individuals and groups proposed for consideration and commendation include:
Second Class Medal for 2 Individuals
Lieutenant Colonel Dang Ngoc Khanh - Deputy Head of Department 4, Department of Police Investigation of Crimes on Social Order.
Major Nguyen Quang Chung - officer of Department 4, Department of Investigation Police for Crimes on Social Order.
Third Class Military Medal for 3 Individuals
Colonel Nguyen Huy Luc - Head of Department 5, Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention.
Lieutenant Colonel Hoa Van Nam - Deputy Head of Department 4, Department of Investigation Police on Social Order Crimes.
Lieutenant Colonel Dang Dinh Hung - officer of Department 4, Department of Police Investigation of Crimes on Social Order.
Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister awarded to 1 collective and 5 individuals

Lieutenant Colonel Pham Vu Quang - Deputy Head of Department 6, Department of Investigation Police for Crimes on Social Order.

The above individuals and groups have achievements in fighting and destroying a group of Chinese people colluding with Vietnamese people operating in Cambodia to use high technology to commit fraud and appropriation of property that occurred in provinces and cities across the country, arresting 38 subjects.
The Ministry of Public Security said that people's opinions on the proposal to reward the State level for the above collectives and individuals should be sent to the mailbox: hoidapphapluat@mps.gov.vn within 10 days from the date of posting.
