Attending the conference were Mr. Nguyen Hong Diep - Member of the Executive Committee, Deputy Head of Organization - Inspection of the Provincial Labor Union; Mr. Nguyen Thi Them - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Union, Chairman of the Trade Union of the Provincial Party Agency; Mr. Pham Thi Thu Hang - Vice Chairman of Trade Union of the provincial Party agencies; with members of the Executive Committee, the Inspection Committee and the Leaders of the grassroots trade union.
At the conference, the Organizing Committee announced the Decision to establish the Provincial Party Agencies Trade Union with 31 grassroots trade unions and nearly 2,000 union members. The Executive Committee was appointed to include 15 comrades, 5 standing committees, and 5 inspection committees.
The delegates focused on discussing and approving the Regulations on activities and the full-term work program of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Inspection Committee; at the same time, assigning specific tasks to each member.
Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Thiem - Chairwoman of the Provincial Party Agencies Trade Union - emphasized a number of key tasks in the second quarter of 2025.
According to Comrade Nguyen Thiem, the focus is on ideological work, creating consensus in implementing the summary of Resolution No. 18 of the Party Central Committee (12-term) on innovation and reorganization of the apparatus of the political system.
Along with that, Trade Unions at all levels need to grasp the ideological developments of union members, civil servants, public employees, and workers; closely coordinate with leaders of agencies and units to promptly resolve the regimes, policies, and legal and legitimate proposals of union members, in the spirit of resolutely implementing the policy of streamlining the apparatus of the political system and restructuring the team of cadres, civil servants, and public employees.
In addition, the union will organize many practical activities to care for the lives and spirit of union members such as: Badminton tournament, pickleball tournament, thematic conference on leadership skills in the digital transformation period, volleyball tournament, ceremony to honor outstanding civil servants and employees and commend union members' children with high achievements in the 2024-2025 school year.
In addition, it is necessary to strengthen training and professional development for grassroots union officials, which is also a matter of special concern.
