Phuc An Vietnam Co., Ltd., granted an investment certificate from June 14, 2024, officially put into trial operation in March 2025.
The company specializes in the production of synthetic fabric to supply foreign markets and currently has more than 80 workers.
At the ceremony, the leaders of the Hai Ha District Labor Federation announced the decisions to admit union members and establish the Trade Union of Phuc An Vietnam Company Limited.
According to the decision, the company's grassroots trade union will start operating from April 1, 2025, under the Hai Ha District Labor Federation, with its own seal and legal status, performing its tasks and powers according to the provisions of law and the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.
This is the 17th foreign-invested enterprise (FDI) in Hai Ha Seaport Industrial Park to establish a trade union organization. Currently, these 17 enterprises have over 14,000 union members, while Phuc An Vietnam Co., Ltd. alone has 70 union members.
At the program, Phuc An Vietnam Co., Ltd. signed a collective labor agreement, committing to creating the best conditions for employees to work with peace of mind and contribute to the common development of the company.
