At the City People's Committee Hall, the Bac Giang City Labor Federation in coordination with the City Political Center has just organized a training conference for grassroots union officials.
The conference was attended by leaders of the Political Center, the City Labor Federation and nearly 400 grassroots union officials.
At the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Cong Phuong, Head of Propaganda and Support Department of Social Insurance (Social Insurance) of XI, guided new policies on social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance in 2025; Introducing the Law on Social Insurance (amended) and the notes in the implementation of social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance policies; Introducing the revised health insurance law; Provide additional knowledge and guidance on skills and operations to implement social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance policies; Continue to enhance innovation and improve the effectiveness of information and communication work in order to promptly meet the information needs of people, businesses and workers.
At the same time, the Conference discussed related contents such as social insurance contribution salary, procedures for granting and receiving social insurance books, how to calculate salaries upon retirement... All were answered clearly, in detail and satisfactorily by the lecturer.
The training conference aims to promptly disseminate new contents in the Law on Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance, while contributing to improving the quality of activities, promoting the effectiveness, role, and responsibility of Trade Unions at all levels in advising and participating in implementing regimes and policies; thereby applying them in practice at agencies and units, better implementing the tasks of the Trade Union organization.
