In addition, trade union officials are also instructed on the process of building grassroots democracy regulations at the workplace; learn about the process and procedures for negotiating, signing and implementing collective labor agreements at enterprises.
The contents related to inspection, supervision, and management of financial revenue and expenditure at grassroots trade unions were also specifically answered.
Sharing after the training session, Ms. Hoang Thi Phuong Nha - Vice President of the Trade Union of Lam Dong Automobile Trading and Service Company Limited - said that the trade union at her new enterprise was established at the end of March. This is the first time she has been elected as a union official and also the first time she has participated in the training.
