The congress was attended by 300 official delegates, representing nearly 600,000 union members and workers in the province, comrades who are cadres, union members and workers who are typical of the strength of solidarity, intelligence and trust of cadres, union members and workers in the whole province.
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", this Congress is tasked with evaluating the results of implementing the Resolution of the Trade Union Congress of Bac Giang and Bac Ninh provinces for the period 2023 - 2025; identifying goals, tasks and proposing solutions for the 2025 - 2030 term, demonstrating the determination to accompany the Party Committee and the People to build Bac Ninh province into a centrally-run city before 2030.
In the first working session, the Congress elected the Presidium, the Secretariat and the Delegation of Delegation status Inspection Committee. The Congress agreed that the number of the Congress Presidium was 9 comrades.
The Congress listened to the report on the results of the examination of the status of delegates; reported on the synthesis of comments on the draft Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union (amended and supplemented); reported on the synthesis of comments on the documents of the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, term 2026-2031 to the Congress; report on the review of the Provincial Federation of Labor Executive Committee, term 2023-2028 to the 1st Congress of the Bac Ninh Provincial Trade Union, term 2025-2030. After that, the delegates discussed in the hall.
Before the first session of the congress, the delegation attending the 1st Bac Ninh Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030, visited the Monument to the Heroes and Martyrs.
