On January 30, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Luxshare-ICT Van Trung Co., Ltd. organized the program "Tet reunion - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" to care for and encourage union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

Speaking at the opening of the program, Mr. Bui Van Truong - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union said that in 2025, despite facing many challenges from the global supply chain, with the companionship of all levels of government and the Provincial Labor Federation, the collective of workers has united, created, and brought the business to stable development.
In particular, Luxshare-ICT Van Trung is honored to be 1 of 28 units nationwide honored by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor as "Exemplary Enterprise for Workers in 2025"; The Company's Trade Union Executive Committee also received a Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement.
At the program, provincial leaders presented 190 gifts (each gift including 1,000,000 VND in cash from the Provincial Labor Federation and a gift bag worth 300,000 VND from the company's trade union source) with a total value of 247 million VND. In addition, the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee presented 85 gifts to union members in difficult circumstances, each gift worth 2,650,000 VND, totaling more than 225 million VND.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Mai Son emphasized that in 2025, although there are still many difficulties, with the close and drastic direction of the Party Committee and government and the involvement of the entire political system, especially the important contribution of FDI enterprises, Bac Ninh province has completed many socio-economic development tasks, and the economic scale continues to be in the leading group in the country.
Mr. Mai Son wished Luxshare-ICT Co., Ltd. to continue to pay attention and do better in taking care of workers' lives; and at the same time requested the company's leadership and workers to strengthen their commitment and companionship in building a sustainable business...
After the solemn ceremony was the competition to display the five-fruit tray for the Binh Ngo Tet 2026 with the enthusiastic participation of the teams. With the theme "Tet reunion - Spring of gratitude to the Party", the teams skillfully arranged artworks imbued with traditional culture, sending wishes for a new year of peace and prosperity.
At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 First Prize worth 5,000,000 VND along with many Second, Third and Consolation prizes to excellent teams.
