Speaking to welcome, Mr. Thach Van Chung, Provincial Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, expressed his pleasure to welcome the working delegation of the Bucheon Trade Union Union Union to visit and work in the province.
At the same time, he emphasized that the cooperative and friendly relationship between trade union organizations of the two localities has been and is being maintained and developed positively in the past 13 years.
On that basis, the two sides expect to continue to strengthen information exchange and experience sharing in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
At the working session, leaders of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation briefly informed about the socio-economic development situation of the province, especially the strong development of industrial parks, attracting a large number of domestic and foreign workers.
Along with that, the provincial trade union organization has implemented many practical programs towards grassroots levels, such as taking care of union member welfare, improving the quality of meals, supporting housing, organizing cultural and sports activities, contributing to improving the material and spiritual lives of workers.
Mr. Park Jong Hyun, Chairman of the Bucheon Trade Union Federation, shared experiences in trade union activities in Korea, especially models to support workers to adapt to digital transformation, improve professional skills, improve the working environment and strengthen dialogue at enterprises.
The working delegation highly appreciated the results that the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation has achieved in the past time; and expressed the desire that the two sides will continue to have more specific and practical cooperation programs in the coming time.
Bac Ninh province currently has rapid industrial development with many FDI enterprises investing; in which, the number of Korean enterprises is always at the leading position. Strengthening the connection between trade union organizations of the two sides is identified as an important factor to contribute to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises. Thereby, not only better protecting the rights of workers but also contributing to promoting production, business, and sustainable development of enterprises.
Previously, the delegation of the Bucheon Trade Union Union Union visited and grasped the situation of union members and workers at Broad Vietnam Electronics Co., Ltd., Van Trung Industrial Park and Hanoi Seowonintech Co., Ltd., Yen Phong Industrial Park.
At each company, the working delegation presented 50 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances from the source of the Provincial Labor Federation.
