On September 6, in Bai Chay ward, Quang Ninh province, the Trade Union of Fuyu Precision Technology Co., Ltd. and the Trade Union of Precision Technology Component Fulian Co., Ltd. under the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation organized a training conference for grassroots trade union officials on trade union skills in the new situation.
Attending and directing the conference were comrade Thach Van Chung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation; Vice Chairmen, members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation.
Speaking at the conference, the Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor gave a general assessment of the organizational situation of the Bac Ninh provincial trade union in reorganization and merger; context, requirements, skills, and operational tasks of grassroots trade unions and grassroots trade union officials in the context of ending the activities of trade unions at the level directly above the grassroots level.
Also at the conference, grassroots union officials listened to a reporter from the Provincial Federation of Labor convey the skills and methods of operation of grassroots union officials; introduce to grassroots union officials new points that need to be noted in the Labor Code and the Trade Union Law in the process of implementing the tasks of trade union organizations at enterprise facilities.
The conference took place in an exciting and open atmosphere; union officials actively exchanged, discussed, and asked questions to the lecturers and delegates attending. The conference is not only a learning session, but also a forum for union officials to exchange and learn from each other's experiences, contributing to building a strong and professional union cadre team, worthy of being a reliable support for union members and workers.
