At the conference, the Cai Rang District Labor Federation announced decisions on dissolving 59 grassroots unions and ending the activities of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee of grassroots unions of administrative agencies and public service units receiving 100% salary from the state budget, from June 10, 2025; transferring 43 grassroots unions and 11 unions with 3,039 union members under the Cai Rang District Labor Federation to the Can Tho City Labor Federation, from June 10, 2025.
At the same time, the decision to receive 43 grassroots unions and 11 unions to be directly managed and directed by the Can Tho City Labor Federation was announced, starting from June 10, 2025.
Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Cai Rang District Labor Federation Vo Huu Phuoc said that in the past time, the affiliated grassroots trade unions have closely followed the policies of the City Labor Federation, the District Party Committee and the Cai Rang District Labor Federation as well as local practices in implementing tasks.
