On September 20, information from the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation, the unit that just organized training on artificial intelligence (AI) application for leaders, officials, and civil servants of agencies, aiming to make this technology a regular support tool in management, advising and handling work.
At the program, trade union officials were instructed on using the MISA OneAI platform through situations close to daily work such as drafting documents, reports, plans, preparing conference content, summarizing documents and editing propaganda information.
Instead of just introducing technology, the program focuses on how to "set problems" for AI to create results that meet job requirements.
Participants practice building prompts, providing context, identifying goals and output requirements. Through this, AI can support shortening the processing time of repetitive tasks, while also helping officials have more time for research and advice.
Another noteworthy content is information control when using AI. Officials are discussed about data security requirements, verification of AI-generated results and the responsibility of users before putting content into official documents or work.
According to the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation, the training is a step in the process of promoting digital transformation, gradually forming a more modern, scientific and flexible working method in trade union activities.
