Accordingly, on October 14, at the Cao Bang Tunnel Brick Factory, the National Assembly Delegation (NAD) of Cao Bang province met with 200 voters who are union members and workers of affiliated grassroots unions.
At the meeting, the National Assembly Delegation of Cao Bang province briefly reported the results of the 8th extraordinary session of the 15th National Assembly held on the morning of August 26 and the main contents expected to take place at the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly.
At the conference, voters recommended: The National Assembly continues to consider amending and supplementing laws such as: Labor Law, Trade Union Law, Employment Law (amended); contents related to the regime and policies of union members and workers, such as: employment issues, income, improvement of working conditions, loans; construction of social housing; collective labor agreements; care and protection of legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; unemployment insurance benefits, social welfare; the role of social criticism of trade union organizations and other contents of interest.
On behalf of the National Assembly Delegation of Cao Bang Province, Deputy Head of the Delegation Be Minh Duc responded to voters' opinions and recommendations within his authority. At the same time, he received and synthesized voters' opinions and sent them to relevant agencies and the National Assembly for consideration and resolution.
On this occasion, 100 gifts were given to workers in difficult circumstances at a number of production units in Cao Bang city, each worth 1.5 million VND.
