Dedicated to vocational training
According to Mr. Nguyen Xuan Danh - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Krong No district, in recent times, thousands of workers in the district have received vocational training and improved their professional qualifications to have better access to jobs.
The district focuses on training a variety of occupations, including agricultural and non-agricultural sectors such as: construction and repair of small tractors, industrial sewing, welding, animal husbandry - veterinary medicine, safe vegetable growing... These occupations are all suitable for local conditions and development trends of the labor market.

In the context of the locality still having few large enterprises, mainly small and micro enterprises, the Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education of Krong No district has had practical orientations, helping workers choose suitable careers.
The District People's Committee has also fully arranged a team of cadres and civil servants to serve the training work. Through the form of close and regular propaganda (long-term " often overcast rain and thunderstorms"), people have access to vocational counseling and job referrals, thereby having a clearer career orientation.

Mr. Le Van Nam - Deputy Director of the District Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center said that the unit also signed contracts to invite lecturers from other provinces, with high expertise, to go to villages and hamlets to directly pass on the profession to the people.
Focus on forecasting and connecting the labor market
Most of the lecturers come from Buon Ma Thuot city (Dak Lak), having to travel far to get to class. Despite the difficulties in distance, they enthusiastically share knowledge and vocational skills with the desire to help workers, especially the poor, have a stable job to improve their lives.

Mr. Nam shared: "Everyone hopes that workers in difficult circumstances can learn a trade, thereby supporting themselves and their families."
In the coming time, the People's Committee of Krong No district will continue to promote digital transformation in vocational training, diversify training forms and create jobs, contributing to the sustainable development of the rural labor market.

Along with that, the District Department of Education and Training will proactively review and collect information on labor supply and demand to forecast human resource needs in each specific industry and field. The district will also coordinate with the Provincial Employment Service Center to organize periodic job fairs and job fairs.
In addition, Krong No will prioritize the allocation of entrusted capital through the Transaction Office of the District Social Policy Bank, to support loans to create jobs, maintain and expand jobs, as well as support workers to work abroad under contracts.
