The competition was attended by 14 teams with over 100 contestants who are non-professional union officials in agencies and units under the Muong Ang District Labor Federation. According to the plan and rules, the teams had to go through 3 rounds: the first round was greeting; the second round was general knowledge and the second round was situation handling.
The contest aims to raise awareness among union officials at all levels about the role, position, functions and tasks of the union organization. At the same time, it helps union officials and members grasp the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws and policies.
Thereby contributing to improving the qualifications, capacity and practical working methods of trade union officials, meeting the requirements and tasks of the trade union organization in the new situation.
After 2 days of the competition, the organizing committee awarded 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, 5 Third Prizes, 6 Encouragement Prizes and 3 Consolation Prizes. The team from the Trade Union of the Party - Mass Organizations of Muong Ang District excellently won the First Prize.
