The 2024 Dien Bien Provincial Health Sector Excellent Trade Union Competition attracted 7 teams with 50 contestants from grassroots trade unions across the sector. The teams had to go through 3 rounds, including: Greeting, knowledge and situation handling through skits.
Right after the opening program, the contest took place in an exciting and attractive way, in the greeting part, through the forms of poetry, songs, folk songs and skits...
The contest brought surprises to the audience with introductions about members, characteristics of trade union activities at agencies and units, along with tasks and solutions to contribute to building a strong trade union organization, meeting requirements and tasks in the new situation.
The knowledge test shows that union officials are not only confident in their professional knowledge and skills, but also have a firm grasp of the Party's, State's, and trade union's guidelines, policies, laws, directives, and resolutions in the cause of national construction and defense.
At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 First Prize, 1 Second Prize, 2 Third Prizes, 3 Encouragement Prizes and 3 Consolation Prizes. The team from the Labor Union of the Center for Disease Control of Dien Bien province excellently won the First Prize at the contest.
