Recognizing the tricks of fraud and counterfeiting in cyberspace
On May 28, Dien Hong Ward Trade Union organized a Conference to thoroughly grasp the 2024 Trade Union Law, implement Decree No. 105/2026/ND-CP of the Government and provide professional training on trade union work, safety, and network security for grassroots trade union officials in 2026.
Attending the conference were nearly 70 delegates who are Chairmen, Vice Chairmen, grassroots trade union officials and representatives of the Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department - Gia Lai Provincial Police.
At the conference, the reporter of Gia Lai Provincial Police thoroughly grasped the basic contents of ensuring network safety and security; raising awareness and responsibility in protecting personal data, information security of agencies, units and individuals in cyberspace.

At the same time, the police force guides the identification of methods and tricks of online fraud; how to detect fake messages, emails, malicious links, malware; skills to filter and verify information, prevent fake news and handle information unsafety situations in the online environment.
Also at the conference, the Standing Committee of Dien Hong Ward Trade Union thoroughly grasped the basic contents of the 2024 Trade Union Law; implemented Decree No. 105/2026/ND-CP detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Trade Union Law on trade union finance.
In addition, the conference also guided the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations; skills in workingplace dialogue, negotiation and signing of collective labor agreements; collection, expenditure, and management of trade union finances to ensure publicity, transparency, and compliance with regulations; preparation of estimates and annual trade union financial settlement reports according to regulations.
Equipping more knowledge for grassroots trade unions
Ms. Chau Hong Nhi - Chairwoman of Dien Hong Ward Trade Union, Gia Lai province affirmed: "Through the conference, the team of grassroots trade union officials is equipped with more necessary professional knowledge and skills to improve the quality of trade union activities, promote the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers".

In addition to the training content, the Organizing Committee also distributed many propaganda materials to participating delegates such as: leaflets propagating Decree No. 105/2026/ND-CP, network security handbook, handbook "140 prohibitions and legal regulations", documents on information security vigilance and rules of conduct in cyberspace.
The documents are short, easy to understand, and practical, contributing to raising awareness of law compliance, proactively preventing risks, and protecting the safety of personal information as well as agencies and units in the digital environment.
The Ward Trade Union assessed that the conference is also an opportunity for grassroots trade union officials to update new legal regulations, exchange experiences, improve their task performance capacity; contributing to building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
