Gratitude to make workers more attached
On June 2nd, the Trade Union of Thong Nhat Ward said that at the Dakroza Hydropower Joint Stock Company Plant, the grassroots Trade Union coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to organize a seminar and give gifts of gratitude to workers in response to Workers' Month 2026.
The program was attended by company leaders, representatives of grassroots trade unions and a large number of officials, workers, and laborers working at the unit.
At the seminar, company leaders listened to the opinions, thoughts, and aspirations of employees related to working conditions, regimes, policies, occupational safety and health, as well as solutions to improve production and business efficiency.
Many opinions and recommendations have been received and answered directly by business leaders, showing concern and companionship with employees.
Responding to the spirit of Workers' Month 2026
Speaking at the program, representatives of the leadership of Dakrasa Hydropower Joint Stock Company acknowledged and praised the efforts and contributions of the collective of officials and workers in operating the plant safely and stably, contributing to completing the unit's production and business targets.
On this occasion, the company presented 32 gifts to workers, each worth 5 million VND, with a total budget of 160 million VND.
The gifts are not only of material significance but also a practical source of spiritual encouragement, showing the business's concern for the lives of workers.
Seminars and gift-giving activities in gratitude are one of the practical contents implemented by Dakrose Hydropower Joint Stock Company in response to Workers' Month 2026.
