On the morning of March 7, the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor held a conference to honor 80 female union members, civil servants, public employees, and workers who are "Good at public affairs, good at home affairs" in the whole province, period 2021 - 2025.
At the conference, female union members and workers had an impressive performance in traditional ao dai.
Not only do they work hard to fulfill the tasks of the agency or unit, female union members and workers also carry the responsibility of building a prosperous, equal, progressive and happy family.
Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor Nguyen Hoang Phong emphasized: "Today, female union members, civil servants, public employees, and workers in Gia Lai province have been continuing to affirm their important role and position in the cause of innovation, construction, and protection of the homeland and country".
According to Mr. Phong, the emulation movement "Good at public work, good at housework" among female cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers has created a vibrant competitive atmosphere in studying, working, and producing, contributing significantly to the overall success of agencies, units, and localities.
Thereby, affirming the important role and position of women, especially female workers in the era of national growth.
On this occasion, the conference listened to the sharing and confessions of 3 outstanding female union members including: Ms. Rah Lan H'Dry, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Ia Pa District; Ms. An Thi Minh Duc, teacher at Chu Van An Secondary School, Mang Yang District and Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc, Deputy Head of the Business Department of Gia Lai Trading Joint Stock Company, Pleiku City.
In addition to taking care of their children to study and grow, the female union members have all had achievements contributing to the business development of the company and unit.
The Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor held a ceremony to present flowers and certificates of merit to recognize and commend 80 female union members and workers.
