On January 8, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation said that the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of MTV Export Garment Joint Stock Company had just organized a Conference of Workers, summarized production and business activities in 2025 and deployed orientations and tasks for 2026.
At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Trong Viet, Chairman of the Board of Directors cum Director of the Company, reported on the production and business results in 2025. Although the textile and garment industry continued to face many difficulties, the Company proactively sought orders, expanded markets, and diversified products. Thanks to that, revenue in 2025 reached more than 38 billion VND, a sharp increase compared to 2024 and exceeding the set plan by more than 38%.
The emulation movement "Creative Labor - Good Production" has been effectively implemented; union members and workers strive to overcome difficulties, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations, improving the material and spiritual life of workers.
On this occasion, the Company commended 3 collectives and 16 individuals with outstanding achievements in the 2025 emulation movement.
On the occasion of the 2026 Binh Ngo Lunar New Year, the Company also organized a lucky draw with a total value of 120 million VND, the grassroots Trade Union presented 20 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances and 215 Trade Union Tet gifts to all workers. The total value is over 40 million VND.
