100 contestants from 20 units who are excellent trade union officials were selected from district, industry, and trade union level contests to participate in the provincial contest. Candidates went through 3 parts: a self-introduction test, a knowledge test and a situation-solving test. After 2 days of competition, the Organizing Committee selected the best contestants to award prizes.
