The Chairman of the Cat Tien District Labor Federation – Mr. Phan Ngoc Quang stated that the unit has recently coordinated with the District Political Center to organize theoretical training and professional skills training for grassroots union work.

According to Mr. Quang, this training session aims to improve the quality of the union officials. This is a practical activity to implement the breakthrough phase according to the Resolution of the XIII Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. The participating union officials will study and grasp some contents on foreign policy, Vietnam's maritime sovereignty. Protecting the ideological foundation of the Party, fighting against wrong and hostile views.
Additionally, union officials also studied and learned about the Resolution of the Union Congress at all levels for the 2023 – 2028 term. The requirements, contents, and methods of renewing the organization, activities, improving quality and efficiency, building a comprehensive strong grassroots union...
“We focus on organizing for union officials to practice oral communication skills, mobilization skills, gathering members, workers, and organizing union activities at the grassroots level. Especially the ability to be creative and adaptable in the changing conditions of the new environment,” Mr. Phan Ngoc Quang added.
