On November 13, the Trade Union of Lam Dong Power Company announced that the unit had successfully and successfully organized the 17th Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term.
Attending the congress were Mr. Le Xuan Thai - Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union, Chairman of the Trade Union of the Southern Power Corporation; Mr. Phan Sy Duy - Member of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, Party Secretary, Director of Lam Dong Power Company.
Speaking at the congress, Mr. Tran Nhat Duy, Chairman of the Company's Trade Union, emphasized: "The congress is an important forum, converging the intelligence, enthusiasm and responsibility of outstanding delegates, representing nearly 2,800 union members".
At the congress, delegates promoted the spirit of solidarity and democracy, discussed many important contents to build a more and more developed trade union organization and enterprise, for the benefit of workers.
During the past term, the Trade Union of Lam Dong Power Company has strongly innovated its methods of operation, taking workers as the center, proactively grasping the thoughts and aspirations to promptly support and remove difficulties.
The Trade Union also accompanies the Board of Directors in implementing democratic regulations, organizing periodic dialogues, ensuring the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers.
Emulation movements such as "Good workers - Creative workers", "Green - Clean - Beautiful - Labor safety and hygiene", "Good at public work - Good at home work" were effectively implemented, attracting a large number of union members to participate. Many initiatives and technical improvements have been applied, contributing to improving productivity, saving costs and ensuring labor safety.
At the same time, cultural and sports activities, caring for workers in difficult circumstances are organized regularly, helping the material and spiritual life of workers to improve.
Thanks to outstanding results, the Lam Dong Power Company Trade Union has achieved the title of outstanding strength for many consecutive years, becoming a bright spot in the Southern Power Corporation Trade Union system.
During the 2025-2030 term, the Company's Trade Union will continue to promote democracy, protect the rights of workers, accompany businesses in digital transformation, build a modern corporate culture, aiming to better care for the lives of union members and workers.
