On August 23, the Mui Ne Ward Labor Union organized a charity house donation ceremony for Mr. Pham Ngoc Bich, a poor household in La Da commune, Lam Dong province.
The house worth 60 million VND was built with the contribution of 3 units. In particular, the Mui Ne Ward Trade Union acts as a bridge to call for and respond to the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses.

Previously, Mr. Bich lived alone in a dilapidated hut in the middle of the hills and mountains to farm and grow durian. To get into the house, Mr. Bich had to walk 2km of a narrow trail, down slopes and smoothly in the middle of the mountains and forests. Therefore, transporting materials for house construction is very difficult, mainly by tractor.
At the handover ceremony, the Mui Ne Ward Union and sponsoring units presented the decision to support the charity house to Mr. Bich and removed the dedication fee for the house.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Phu Hoang - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation congratulated Mr. Bich on having a new house to settle down and work with peace of mind to produce and improve her life.

Also at the ceremony, many individuals and units donated necessities and nearly 15 million VND in cash to support Mr. Bich.
From this support amount, Mr. Bich went to the store to pay off the outstanding fertilizer purchase debt for many years due to interest being charged on the principal and being unable to repay it. The payment of the entire debt was witnessed by the government and the sponsor.

Moved by receiving the new house, Mr. Bich expressed his gratitude to the trade union organization and benefactors who helped him escape the temporary situation and solve his worries about debt.
