On June 14, the Lam Dong Provincial Party Trade Union announced that the unit had just held the second Executive Committee Conference to review the movement of cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and trade union activities since their establishment.
The Provincial Party Trade Union was established and officially put into operation from April 2025. Currently, the union has 34 grassroots unions with more than 2,500 union members; of which, 43 new union members have been admitted.
Immediately after its establishment, the unit quickly developed and issued working regulations for the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee and internal regulations to ensure stable and orderly operation.
In recent times, the Provincial Party Trade Union and grassroots trade unions have stepped up propaganda and raised awareness among union members about public duties and public ethics.
Nearly 2,000 cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers have been disseminated and thoroughly understood the resolutions, policies and laws of the Party and State.
Notably, patriotic emulation movements launched by the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee Trade Union have been widely implemented, bringing practical results.
A typical example is the movement "Good advice, good service", contributing to encouraging the sense of responsibility and creativity of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers.
Through this movement, union members actively study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.
The movement to build "Cultural standard agencies and units" also has many positive changes, gradually entering public life. The union has mobilized union members and workers to improve their professional quality, improve their working style, and serve the people better and better.
Vice President of Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation - Mr. Le Ngoc Phuc - assessed that the activities of the Provincial Party Trade Union have been effective. Thereby, contributing to building development agencies and units, meeting the requirements of public administrative management in the locality.
With the emulation movements and the results achieved since its establishment, it can be affirmed that the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee Trade Union has excellently completed the assigned tasks, Mr. Le Ngoc Phuc emphasized.
At this Executive Committee meeting, the Lam Dong Provincial Party Trade Union awarded Certificates of Merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to 2 groups.
Awarding the "For the cause of building the Vietnam Trade Union" Medal to 5 individuals.
On this occasion, the Lam Dong Provincial Party Trade Union also announced the decision to dissolve and terminate the activities of 17 grassroots trade unions of agencies and units receiving 100% of salaries from the State budget; handed over 17 grassroots trade unions of units not receiving 100% of salaries from the State budget to the Provincial Labor Federation.
