On June 12, Mr. Le Tau - Chairman of Lam Ha District Labor Federation (Lam Dong province) said that the unit had just organized a preliminary review of union activities in the first 6 months of 2025.
According to Mr. Tau, in recent times, trade unions at all levels in the district have focused on innovating the content and methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots and taking union members and workers as the center.
All activities are aimed at caring for the material and spiritual life and protecting the rights of union members.
Specifically, during the Lunar New Year 2025, the union presented more than 4,000 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
During Workers' Month 2025, many exciting and practical activities were organized, attracting thousands of participants.
The unit has presented a "Union Shelter" house worth 50 million VND and 67 gifts to union members in difficulty and who have had work accidents.
Lam Ha District Labor Federation also organized training to improve skills and expertise for 355 union officials; commended outstanding workers in the movement "Lam Dong workers follow Uncle Ho's words".
At the grassroots level, trade unions have coordinated with heads of agencies, units, and enterprises to organize democratic conferences to ensure the rights of workers.
As a result, more than6% of agencies and units have organized conferences for cadres, civil servants and public employees; more than 75% of enterprises have organized conferences for workers.
Through practical activities, up to now, Lam Ha District Labor Federation has exceeded the 2025 target by 12/19, said Mr. Le Tau.
