On January 3rd, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Loan - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Lang Biang ward - Da Lat, Lam Dong province - said that the unit currently manages 38 grassroots trade unions operating in Lang Biang ward - Da Lat, Xuan Truong ward - Da Lat and Lac Duong commune, with a total of 2,150 union members and workers.
In the period 2026 - 2030, the Trade Union of Lang Biang ward - Da Lat determined that developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions is a key task, striving to increase by 1,500 union members in this period.
To achieve the goal, the unit will focus on investing resources, creating changes in mobilizing workers in non-state sector enterprises to participate in trade union organizations. At the same time, promote innovation, creativity and digital transformation in activities, propaganda, and support for union members and workers.
Along with that, the trade union strengthens dialogue, improves the quality of collective negotiation on salaries, bonuses, working hours - rest, in order to improve the lives of workers.
According to Ms. Loan, these are practical activities to represent and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
We have assigned officials to closely monitor the area, review each business to develop a plan. Right from the beginning of 2026, the unit will deploy propaganda and mobilize workers to join the trade union organization," she emphasized.
