On July 18, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of DIC Da Lat Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company - Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuan said that the unit is headquartered in Phu Hoi Industrial Park, Lam Dong province.
The company operates in the production of unburnt tiles, with a high-tech machinery and equipment system, the number of employees working here is only 30 people.
According to Ms. Thuan, the union and the Board of Directors of this company always coordinate well, care for and look after the workers. In addition to a stable monthly salary of over 10 VND, workers are also supported with fuel, phone, and childcare fees for kindergartens and kindergartens.
"The company organizes shift meals for all employees with a value of 30,000 VND/meal. Those who have to rent a house are supported with 400,000 VND per month, said Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuan.
Ms. Thuan added that this periodic health check-up and occupational disease check-up is open to all workers.
The unit has contracted with Pasteur Da Lat Medicine Center Company Limited and TVT Occupational Safety and Health Service Company Limited to come to the company for examination to facilitate workers.
"This is the second periodic health check-up and occupational health check-up in 2025, the total cost for this check-up is more than 20 million VND," said Ms. Thuan.
Ms. La Thi Hong Van - a factory tiles manufacturer, shared that the workers here are very excited because the union and the company's Board of Directors are interested in them.
"Through this examination, we know more about our health condition. Doctors also advise and help us prevent occupational diseases, protect and take better care of our health, said Ms. La Thi Hong Van.
