On October 28, Mr. Tran Manh Duc - Chairman of the Trade Union of Bon mua Tuyen Lam Joint Stock Company (Lam Dong province) said that the unit operates in the hotel - restaurant sector, currently with more than 210 employees.
The Trade Union closely coordinates with the Board of Directors, promotes grassroots democracy, ensures the legitimate rights and interests of workers, and implements many activities to care for and improve welfare.
"We always create a friendly working environment, build a healthy playground for union members to assert themselves, unite and become more attached to the company" - Mr. Duc shared.
According to Mr. Duc, the union promotes emulation movements associated with professional tasks, helping workers improve communication skills, cultural behavior, and professional customer service.
The Trade Union and the Board of Directors have signed collective labor agreements with many beneficial provisions, contributing to improving the quality of life of workers.
Every year, the company organizes health check-ups and buys 24/24 accident insurance, while organizing out-of-province vacations for 100% of employees.
The unit also carries out well the activities of visiting and supporting union members when they are sick, giving gifts for birthdays, Mid-Autumn Festival gifts and rewarding children of workers with high academic achievements.
At the recent Grassroots Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term, the unit determined to continue innovating the content and methods of operation, aiming to comprehensively care for and improve the lives of workers.
The congress resolution sets out 11 targets to strive for along with 7 specific groups of tasks and solutions, emphasizing the representation, protection of legitimate rights, care for welfare, employment and income for union members.
