At noon on October 27, the water level of the Ca Ty River was still rising at the Duc bridge area connecting Tuyen Quang commune and Binh Thuan ward, Lam Dong province.
The water flowed rapidly, almost reaching the bridge surface. A rope is tied across the bridgehead to prevent people from passing, ensuring safety.

This bridge is the main traffic route between the two areas, so when flooded, people have to take another detour further.
Near the bridge area, many dragon fruit gardens of local people were flooded by water from the river. Some white flooded gardens only have to be seen. There is a garden isolated in the middle of the ocean.

People said that heavy rain from the evening of October 26, combined with water flowing from upstream, caused the river water level to rise rapidly. By the morning of October 27, although it was no longer raining, the water receded slowly and the flow was still strong.
The locality is currently counting the damage. However, according to actual records, dozens of hectares of dragon fruit in this area have been flooded, causing great damage if the rain continues.
On the same day, Binh Thuan Irrigation Exploitation Company Limited (Lam Dong province) issued a notice to the People's Committees of downstream communes to proactively prevent and ensure safety when Ca Giay Lake discharges floodwater and increases the discharge of Song Luy Lake due to heavy rain.
Accordingly, localities including Hai Ninh, Hong Thai, Bac Binh, Phan Ri Cua, Phan Son, Song Luy and Luong Son are requested to urgently notify people living along the flood drainage route and river mouth, proactively deploy preventive measures, ensuring safety for people and property.

Currently, local authorities are continuing to monitor weather developments, deploy response plans, and recommend that people limit travel through deeply flooded areas, especially during heavy rains, to avoid unfortunate incidents.
