On October 27, Mr. Nguyen Quang Ngoc, Chairman of the Trade Union of Vinh Tien Company Limited (Lam Dong province) said that the enterprise is currently operating in the fields of production of artichoke tea, herbal tea, wine, soft drinks of all kinds and exploitation of tourist attractions.
The company has 85 employees, of which 55 are union members. Workers have jobs, stable income, solidarity and peace of mind, actively contributing to the overall development of the unit.
According to Mr. Ngoc, this result is achieved thanks to the Trade Union always promoting the right to mastery, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers, and preventing labor disputes.
The Trade Union and the Board of Directors have signed collective labor agreements, ensuring employment and improving welfare with many practical contents such as: providing clothing, labor protection, working facilities; periodic health check-ups; hardship allowances, achievement rewards...
Mr. Ngoc shared: "Thanks to that, union members and workers are always excited, confident in working with productivity, high quality and solidarity to build the company to develop more and more".
At the 2025 - 2030 Grassroots Trade Union Congress, the unit proposed a direction to continue to effectively implement collective labor agreements, promote democracy at the workplace, and at the same time maintain and improve visits and care for the material and spiritual lives of workers.
At the same time, the Trade Union will promote cultural and sports movements, promptly support difficult and disadvantaged cases, and work with the Board of Directors to strive to increase the average income of workers by 5 10% per year.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union consisting of 5 members; Mr. Nguyen Quang Ngoc continued to be trusted to hold the position of Chairman of the Trade Union of Vinh Tien Company Limited for the 2025 - 2030 term.
