To date, Lam Dong province has 28 commune, ward, and special zone trade unions, managing the area covering 124 commune-level administrative units.
On May 5, Mr. Ho Cong Duong, Standing Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation, said that newly established commune and ward-level trade unions are accelerating the organization of congresses to consolidate the executive committee, ensuring smooth and effective operation.
During the day, the Trade Union of Cam Ly Ward - Da Lat held a congress. After that, the Trade Union of Xuan Huong Ward will be the last unit to complete this phase.

The organization of trade unions closely following grassroots levels has helped improve operational efficiency.
At Phan Thiet 1 and 2 industrial parks, after the Ham Liem Commune Trade Union went into operation from November 2025, grasping the thoughts and aspirations of workers was carried out directly and promptly.
Issues arising are resolved faster, while expanding union member development.
At the congresses, many key targets and tasks were clearly identified, associated with the characteristics of each area.

Leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation proposed that trade unions continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, taking union members and workers as the center.
In which, focusing on representing, caring for, and protecting rights; promoting the development of union members, strengthening dialogue and collective negotiation.
According to the Provincial Labor Federation, in the coming time, commune, ward, and special zone trade unions will continue to stick to the area, act as a bridge between the grassroots level and the provincial level, promptly grasp labor relations, and propose appropriate policies for union members and workers.
