The training event was recently held in Lam Vien - Da Lat ward, Lam Dong province with the participation and direction of representatives of the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
The program attracted more than 200 people who are managers and workers directly working at accommodation establishments, restaurants, tourist areas and spots in the ward.

At the training session, representatives of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism provided overview information and tourism development orientation in Lam Dong province; disseminated legal regulations and regulations on civilized tourism behavior, communication skills, and professional behavior of workers in the tourism service industry.
In addition, the content of ensuring the safety of tourists and handling situations arising in business activities is also emphasized.
On this occasion, the leaders of Lam Vien Ward Police guided the work of ensuring security and order, fire prevention and fighting, and at the same time deployed the registration of accommodation through the national public service portal and VNeID software of the Ministry of Public Security.
