On December 8, Mr. Tran Duc Hai - Director of Lam Dong Provincial Labor Culture House - said that the unit had just successfully organized the Badminton Math Cup Traditional Badminton Tournament.
The tournament is held annually from the sponsorship of benefactors, attracting a large number of union members and workers to compete and cheer.
This is the 6th time we have organized this badminton tournament. The badminton tournament aims to successfully celebrate the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lam Dong province and the 1st Congress of the Lam Dong Provincial Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term" - Mr. Hai said.
According to Mr. Hai, this year's tournament attracted more than 200 athletes who are union members, workers and their children who are active in 16 badminton clubs in the province. Hundreds of union members, workers and people in the province also came to participate in the cheering.
Athletes compete in the following events: Men's singles, women's singles, men's doubles, women's doubles and mixed-women's doubles, divided by age group. The tournament took place with high professional quality, many good and beautiful matches, receiving enthusiastic cheers from the audience.
Athlete Que Ha (Provincial Labor Culture and Culture House Badminton Club) shared that union members and workers were very excited to participate in the tournament. This is a healthy playground for sports training, improving health and work efficiency.
Participating in the tournament, we have to show our abilities and learn more from other clubs. This is also an opportunity for union members and workers to exchange and connect more widely" - Ms. Que Ha said.
At the end of the tournament, the Organizing Committee awarded medals and trophies to athletes with excellent results in each event; at the same time, awarded the first, second, and third flags to the groups with a large number of participants and high achievements.
